Most families choose to finance their tuition.  

What is the Service Fee?

Service Hours Requirement Explanation

10 Hours of volunteer time are required per family, per year. The service hour deposit fee is waived for first year families. However, first year families choosing NOT to serve their hours during the first school year will be charged a $500 Service Hour Deposit Fee the following year, along with their tuition. This fee can be avoided by serving your 10 hours of volunteer time each year.  This excludes Pre-K whom does not have to serve nor pay the fee for their pre-k school year(s).  Pre-K family’s service obligations will begin with their student’s kindergarten year.

What kind of sports programs do we have?   

For grades 5-12, we currently offer Volleyball (Girls only) & Basketball (Boys & Girls).
For grades 9-12, we currently offer Volleyball (Girls & Boys), Soccer (CoEd), Softball (Girls only) and Baseball (Boys only).

Do we have a band?   

KTA had a very successful Beginner band this last year & this year will be offering an Intermediate Band(6th-8th grades) and a Beginner band(4th-5th grades).  High School Band is now offered as well.

What curriculum do we use?

We use several different curriculum: Abeka, ACSI, BJU, Zander, Purposeful Design and Saxon.

Do we have classes for 3-year-olds?   

Yes.  We do have a program for 3-year olds as well.  We also work with you on the scheduling of part-time if need be.   In addition, they MUST be FULLY Potty Trained Please.

16/1(less in lower grades & higher in upper grades)

What is the Dress Code?

We emphasize Godly character even in what our students wear. We require our students to dress appropriately and with Christian modesty.

What religion does our school follow?

We are an Interdenominational Christian school


Do you have Extended Care?                                                                                                         Yes, before school from 6 am until 7:45 am and after school from 3:20 pm to 5:30 pm.                                                                                                                                                                 The cost is approximately $3.75 per hour and is billed at the end of each month.


Do you have a Bus Service?                                                                                                            Yes, for Peotone, Manteno, Bourbonnais, Bradley, St. Anne, Momence & Aroma Park.
