From the Classroom…
 
Bennett:  Honors and British Lit  are starting Beowulf, so get ready to dress up!  The wearingof bear fur will put you in the mood.
Speech is coming along! We’re on our second one and getting better.
English 9 and 10 are reading some…..very strange, unique stories.
Drama has tackled improv, acting out a song, role playing, and are working on making sets.
 
Davis:  We are planning an after school movie night which will feature the movie “Around the World in 80 Days”.  A date will be posted soon, so keep your eyes open.  We are also still looking for globe donations for geography class, which would be greatly appreciated.
 
Dorris:  I am SO proud of my Spanish I students for their high grades on their first test!!!  Good job guys! Keep it up!!!!!!
 
Pecht:  Congratulations to my classes for finishing the first10 units!
 
Showers:  I’m loving every minuteof my life at KTA!!  The teens in Eagle Ensemble blew me away with their first run-through of our song for Open House…What incredible talent in our young people!!! I am looking formward to this year as we try some new things and bring back some favorites.  See you all at the Open House!
Neyhart:  You all have a Geometry test Friday.  Bring your notes!!!!!!!!!
